Pipeline Protest Group Fights Warrant Served on their Facebook Page Last Updated on 2017-07-30 20:16:11 County Prosecutor attempts third try to sidestep First and Fourth Constitutional Amendments. Bellingham, WA – Red Line Salish Sea (formerly known as the Bellingham #NoDAPL Coalition) continues to fight to protect the privacy of its Facebook page and the people associated with the page. Bellingham attorney Michael Brodsky filed a motion to quash a third warrant issued to police. The third warrant follows a string of warrants issued to the Whatcom County Sherriff’s Department to search the political community Facebook (Bellingham #nodapl Red Line) https://www.facebook.com/RedLineSalishSea which has been dedicated to protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline and other pipelines in the local Pacific Northwest region.
